C.O.P.E. Family Support Center, Inc. provides an evidence-based curriculum enhancing the knowledge, skills, and confidence of parents to prevent behavioral, emotional, and developmental problems in children and adolescents.

Monument Impact ensures that immigrants, refugees and low-income residents in Concord and surrounding communities have the voice, tools, and relationships necessary to have an equitable share of the social and economic wealth that exists in our region.

Monument Crisis Center serves low-income families and individuals in Contra Costa County through dynamic service programs focused on providing nutritious food, education, general assistance, and referrals.

Public Health Clinics provide school-based health services to children and school-aged students up to 19-20 years of age with mobile clinic health vans and through satellite health centers, located more than 40 campuses in Contra Costa County.

First 5 Contra Costa funds programs that improve the lives of children in Contra Costa County, from the prenatal stage through age 5.
