Monument Crisis Center serves low-income families and individuals in Contra Costa County through dynamic service programs focused on providing nutritious food, education, general assistance, and referrals.

School-Based Health Clinics

Public Health Clinics provide school-based health services to children and school-aged students up to 19-20 years of age with mobile clinic health vans and through satellite health centers, located more than 40 campuses in Contra Costa County.
